I forgot that I had intentionally started this blog to keep track of my spiritual growth. So to bring myself back to that, I wanted to share something that some of the students at my church are doing right now. Every Saturday, we read at least one book in the bible and summarize the ‘essence’ of it in 5 or less sentences. It helps us to see the big picture when we are to limit the amount of words to be used.

NEVERTHELESS, I will be posting with the prefix OP (short for operation pentecost) and then the book name I read that week with a short summary. I’d encourage anyone on their spiritual journey to take part… it helped me see the big picture in my own life whenever i lost track of it
We started last September with Genesis, and hope to finish the bible within the year. Unfortunately because of Co-op, i missed a whole lot of the old testament, and now I will post our most recent reading…Hosea.
